Jan 16, 2015 · 3VZ-E-->OM617 swap, questions. Curious about this because I'm not sure how to proceed, but know that I want to ditch the 3VZ-E for an OM617 sitting in my garage. My truck is a late 1992/early 1993 V6 SR5 X-cab with a 5 speed, 4WD, ADD. It looks like the transmission is an R150F and Tcase is a VF1A. I'm not near the truck otherwise I'd try to go ...
