I did about 25% of MKSAP and was ~65% correct. MKSAP was only used during my 3 years of residency, not during dedicated time when studying for ABIM. Only used UWORLD for ABIM and got about 65% correct as well. Got a 533 which is about 1.5x SD of the mean score of 473. I only did one round of uworld but all the tables in the questions I saved.

The difficulty of the ABIM questions (as I heard about from second hand) is between MKSAP and UWorld. MKSAP tends to err on the easier side sometimes with straightforward questions and short vignettes while UWorld is a lot longer and is usually trying to trick you, which the real thing isn't normally.
