The tire pressure warning light on my '06 GX470 started flashing today (at least, I first noticed it today). I've checked all tires, including the spare, and their pressures are fine. I checked the main/2nd switch under the dash, and even tried it on both settings. I've also tried disconnecting the battery for about 15 minutes, all to no avail.TPMS Reset Procedure for Lexus NX.
