STUDENT FEES. Student fees are governed by the KMEA Board of Directors (local audition fee, state audition fee, and registration fee for All-State Band). The District audition fee is $4.00. $3.00 per student is to be sent to the Executive Director. $1.00 per student is to be retained by the local district.
