Posted February 12, 2020. When I started out this build I looked up Dual Blades on Paragon wiki and it says that Dual Blades are for Tanks, Brutes, Scrappers and Stalkers. In looking for a build I only found one and it was for a scrapper. I used as much of the build as I could. The wiki said that Scrappers and Brutes are the same for Dual ...Basically DBs never have just one build. You'll have loadouts for each element because the MVs render element much more effective than Raw damage. If all of that is meaningless to you: DBs is like a rock paper scissors game with elemental damage. Raw damage setups are outclassed by all the other weapons.You can do a combination of 6 skills but these three are essential: Blade Fury, Asura, Phantom Blow. The "optional" 3 are: Blade Clone, Blade Ascention, Sudden Raid. I have clone, asura, phantom blow as the main tri since it’s what you’d want when bossing. The secondary one is fury, ascension and sudden raid.Key Points About This Build. ・Master's Touch can be swapped for Razor Sharp using Decorations. ・Use elemental attacks on enemies if possible. ・Best used with high elemental damage Dual Blades. ・Rampage Skill can be changed to add to the weapon's sharpness.Key points to this is the marathon runner with stamina cap up.
