Nov 10, 2011 · They told him they couldn't swap it or refund the money because it is now a used gun. They are shipping it back to cva for them to check it out. It just sucks that he spent that money and his daughter has missed youth season and will miss the first 4 weeks of rifle season, and still won't know if cva will make it right.
